1. Who publishes this site

This website is run by CryptEU, a non-profit collective of volunteers. CryptEU is not a registered company or association and has no legal personality of its own. The site is operated by its members, who are individually responsible for their contributions.

3. Hosting and email delivery

The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by the collective. Account and notification emails are delivered through the Mailjet SMTP relay.

4. Open source and content

Our tools are published as free and open-source software under the licence stated in each project. Unless stated otherwise, texts on this site may be shared with attribution to CryptEU. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

5. Liability

We publish our work in good faith and aim for accuracy, but nothing here is legal advice. Software and information are provided without warranty, as stated in each licence, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Applicable law

This site is operated from within the European Union and is subject to applicable EU and national law, including the GDPR.
